The village of Ryahovo is easily and quickly
reached both by road and by water. It is about 30 km away from Ruse overland and
just as much on the Danube, going downstream. The mentioning of the river is not
accidentally. It is easy to get the boat out of the water on the Ryahovo coast,
there is a great place for relaxation on the shore and swimming for pleasure is
relatively safe.
Ryahovo is an ancient and friendly village. It dates back to Roman times and
was part of the Danube limes. This is completely understandable, since on both
sides of the river – Bulgarian and Romanian, there are synchronous settlements
for defense of the territory.
Ryahovo is one of the villages in Ruse Region, which has a very good
infrastructure and a school full of children.
